We’ll begin by crafting a detailed plan together for the months leading up to your special day. I’ll personally meet your vendors, whether through phone/video calls or in-person sessions alongside you, ensuring all final details are meticulously addressed with your venue and caterer.
Wedding Rehearsal & Ceremony
For couples who have everything organized but need someone to manage their ceremony flawlessly — after all, it’s your main character moment!
We’ll meet to plan out all the details. I’ll liaise with your vendors, conduct the rehearsal, and handle the setup and breakdown of your ceremony space. From ensuring tissues are on hand to confirming your VIRH (Very Important Ring Holder) has the rings, my goal is to ensure you shine as the stars of your show.

Full Coordination
I will guide you through every step of the process, from booking meetings to attending them alongside you. I’ll offer valuable input and feedback on all aspects of your wedding, assisting with both major decisions and minor details. Whether you need someone to brainstorm ideas, resolve issues, or provide solutions, I’ll be there as your mediator, note-taker, enforcer, and your biggest supporter.

Month Of Coordination
You’ve arranged the vendors, menu, venue, and seating (sorry, can’t resist a good Hamilton quote!). Now, you just need someone to ensure everything runs smoothly. That’s where I come in.
Approximately 3 months before your wedding, we’ll meet to review all details and create a comprehensive to-do list. I’ll accompany you to your final meeting with caterers and venue staff to ensure everyone is aligned. As the event approaches, I’ll connect with your vendors as the designated point of contact for the day.
On your special day, I’ll be there for 8 hours to oversee everything, ensuring every detail is perfectly set, all your needs are met, and you can simply relax and enjoy the night of your dreams.
